Return Policy
Thank you for shopping at Studio Onepic. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help.
30-Day Return Period: You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In the original packaging.
- With tags attached (if applicable).
Non-returnable items include:
- Gift cards.
- Downloadable software products.
How to Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@studioonepic.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with a return authorization and further instructions.
Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at info@studioonepic.com Exchanges are subject to availability.

- Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
